Executive Coaching

We partner with external coaches to help our leaders thrive in their roles — both professionally and personally. We call it sustainability — and it’s a holistic approach to ensure that our next generation of leaders can find the right balance between being productive and maintaining their overall wellness.

Key first steps include establishing healthy boundaries, increasing self-awareness, and identifying ways to improve. Coaches will help identify those opportunities utilizing:

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We have three main objectives—increase awareness, promote an inclusive culture, and commit to viewing diversity as a strength.

Advocates Program

We recruit senior leaders from across the firm to serve as diversity, equity, and inclusion advocates. We provide the training they need to facilitate one-on-one discussions around important topics – from current events to disabilities. By listening to our different voices, we’re able to gain new perspectives and work toward a better future.

Racial Health Equity Group

At ECG, we recognize that racism is a public health threat. We have a group that’s committed to equipping our people with strategies that promote racial equity in the work we do. One project at a time, we’re raising awareness of health disparities – and engaging our clients to create a more accessible health system.
